Currently the State Director for Convention of States Oklahoma. A grassroots volunteer organization built around Article V of our constitution. Focusing on legislation to return rights to the states and its citizens, to place Term Limits on our federal legislators, balance the budget and roll back federal overreach. Guiding over 200 volunteers in Oklahoma in the fight to restore our rights.  Retired from Department of Defense as the Chief of Infrastructure, 38 Engineering and Installation Group in 2011 after 37 years of service (prior Air Force).  Traveled the world extensively working with other governments and cultures.  Taught Political Science and government classes at two colleges in the metro area for 12 years.  I have served on the Federal Executive Board for Federal employees as the vice chair of the Native American Board.  As a civilian, deployed four tours to Al Udeid AB, Qatar to build the new Combined Air Operations Center to support the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and awarded the Global War on Terrorism – Civilian (GWOT-C) in 2008 and again in 2009 (cluster). My family has all been military, my father was a Marine, brother was Air Force, stepson was an Army combat medic and my wife, the retired Navy Chief.
